These Terms govern your use of Quick File Manager (“App”), provided by J AND K WEB COLLECTIVE (PTY) LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Nature of the App
Quick File Manager is an Android-first file browser and storage analyzer.
It is designed to help you inspect storage, browse files, search locally, and understand device storage usage.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The files and devices you choose to inspect
- Verifying any file-management decisions before acting on them
- Maintaining backups where appropriate
4. Access limitations
Android and device manufacturers may restrict access to some paths.
When access is restricted, the App may show package-folder fallbacks or limited results rather than pretending inaccessible files are available.
5. Search and analysis results
Search results, duplicate detection, and storage analytics are convenience features.
They may depend on available permissions, MediaStore coverage, and accessible file metadata.
6. Ads and Pro purchase
The free version may show banner advertisements.
The App may offer a one-time Quick File Manager Pro purchase to remove ads. Google Play manages pricing, billing, refunds, and purchase restoration rules.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App
- Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
- Use the App to violate laws or third-party rights
- Interfere with ads, billing, or platform security
8. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or perfect storage visibility on every Android version.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
